JMMR publishes original research articles, review articles, systematic reviews, case reports, short communications, clinical studies, and editorials. All submissions undergo a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure scientific quality, originality, and ethical integrity.

Aims and Scope

The Journal of Medical Multidisciplinary Research (JMMR) aims to promote high-quality research that advances knowledge and practice across medical and health sciences through a multidisciplinary approach.

The journal provides an international platform for clinicians, researchers, academicians, and healthcare professionals to publish original and innovative research that contributes to clinical practice, medical education, public health, and healthcare policy.

The scope of the journal includes, but is not limited to, clinical medicine, surgery, anaesthesiology, critical care, community medicine, pharmacology, nursing, allied health sciences, biomedical sciences, epidemiology, medical education, dentistry, physiotherapy, and rehabilitation sciences. Interdisciplinary and translational research is particularly encouraged.

Peer Review Process

The Journal of Medical Multidisciplinary Research (JMMR) follows a rigorous double-blind peer-review process to ensure the quality, integrity, and scientific validity of published articles.

All submitted manuscripts are initially screened by the editorial team for originality, relevance, and compliance with journal guidelines. Manuscripts that meet the initial criteria are sent to at least two independent expert reviewers. The identities of both authors and reviewers are kept confidential throughout the review process.

Based on the reviewers’ recommendations, the Editor-in-Chief makes the final decision regarding acceptance, revision, or rejection of the manuscript. The average review period is 3–4 weeks.

Publication Ethics

The Journal of Medical Multidisciplinary Research (JMMR) adheres strictly to high ethical standards in scholarly publishing and follows the guidelines of the Committee on Publication Ethics (COPE), the International Committee of Medical Journal Editors (ICMJE), and the World Association of Medical Editors (WAME).

Authors must ensure that their work is original and has not been published or submitted elsewhere. Plagiarism, data fabrication, data falsification, and redundant publication are strictly prohibited. All manuscripts are screened for plagiarism prior to peer review.

Research involving human participants must have approval from an appropriate Institutional Ethics Committee, and informed consent must be obtained from participants. Studies involving animals must comply with institutional and national ethical guidelines.

All authors are required to disclose any potential conflicts of interest. Any ethical concerns or allegations of misconduct will be handled in accordance with COPE guidelines.

Open Access Policy

Readers are permitted to read, download, copy, distribute, print, search, or link to the full texts of articles without prior permission from the publisher or the authors. Article Processing Charges (APC)

The Journal of Medical Multidisciplinary Research (JMMR) does not charge any article processing or submission fees at the time of submission or publication.
Any future changes to the article processing charges, if applicable, will be clearly announced on the journal website prior to implementation and will apply only to manuscripts submitted after such announcement.

Publication Frequency: The journal is published on a Quarterly basis.

Authors publishing in the Journal of Medical Multidisciplinary Research (JMMR) retain the copyright of their work. Authors grant the journal the right of first publication, and the work is published under the Creative Commons Attribution 4.0 International License (CC BY 4.0).
